Let’s Put The “Giving” Back Into Thanksgiving

I’m really excited to share with you a very special project I’m launching today, just in time for the holidays!

Many of you know that giving back to the community is one of my biggest “WHYs” for being in this industry.  After visiting with many of you, I know that many of you want to change the world one life at a time.

Guess what?!?

Today, I’m giving you that chance!

This summer, Rich and I were fortunate enough to learn of an incredible way that we were able to give the gift of mobility to individuals in third world countries who otherwise would be left literally crawling on the ground.  (It’s brutal, but true).

Rich and I discovered $63.94 is all it takes to purchase one wheelchair for an individual through an organization called the Free Wheelchair Mission.

That’s It!

Think how many courses you’ve purchased over the year for way more than that!

$63.94 can change the life of one lucky man, woman or child’s forever.

That’s why I’ve decided to run a special promotion from now (November 14, 2011) until November 30, 2011 which will enable all of my fellow entrepreneurs to GIVE BACK while also getting something very valuable from me!

See…a few weeks ago, I launched my bombshell book- Slapped! Lessons from the Internet Advertiser’s Graveyard which exposed some of the biggest legal landmines that exist online when marketing your business.  When I launched Slapped, it sold it for $197.

But, I want to the put the “Giving” back into Thanksgiving.

I want to not only give you the chance to reap the benefits of my over 100 hours of work in putting together the most comprehensive guide on advertising compliance issues that this industry has ever seen…. I want for you to be able to purchase one wheelchair for an individual, just in time for the holidays!  So, during this promotion, I’m selling Slapped for only $67!

It’s a win-win for you and most importantly, the individual who is able to finally pick themselves up off the ground and become mobile for the very first time.

Here’s some information on the Free Wheelchair Mission.

Please note that I am not a spokesperson for or associated with the Free Wheelchair Mission.  Rich and I just believe that this is a very worthy cause and we want to help as many people as possible!

So for every Slapped! purchase, Rich and I will donate $63.94 to the Free Wheelchair Mission, which will purchase 1 wheelchair and change a life.

Update:  So Far We’ll Be Donating  5 Wheelchairs!  We want to donate WAY MORE than that, and need your help!

All you need to do is CLICK HERE to register for the replay of my Slapped Webinar.  You will then be immediately taken to the presentation where you’ll learn:

  • The Top 8 Mistakes Internet Marketers Make (Including Gurus) That Put Their Businesses in Jeopardy.
  • The FASTEST Way To Get Sued Online
  • The Biggest LIE Being Told Today (and the Truth)

A link will then appear so you can make your purchase!

A BIG Thank you in advance for your support!  I know that together we can change so many lives during this holiday season!

To the Top!

This sounds like a brilliant idea Natasha. Far too many people just take and take without ever thinking of giving. Great too that you have linked it into Thanksgiving.

Although in the Western countries we moan about the economy and how hard live is sometimes, we really do have so much to give thanks for when we compare ourselves to the less well developed places.

Thanks Marquita! It occurred to me that sometimes our marketing lives are separated from our “offline” lives.

For those of us blessed with a faithful blog readership, clients, students and team members- I think that we should use our “marketing” and our “list” not only for the purpose of our own financial goals, but to “give back” to those less fortunate while also allowing others to get to know us on a deeper level, and discovering those things that matter to us outside the marketing world!

  7. Natasha Nassar Says:

I whole-heartedly agree with you, Trevor.

I read a study recently that talks about just how fortunate Americans are. Most of those who are below the poverty level have a refrigerator, air conditioning, a cell phone, a television. Need i say more?
No matter how bad things are here, look at the scenes of the video I posted and you’ll see what true poverty is!

Thanks for stopping by and for your kind words :)

What an inspiring foundation and a huge heart you have Natasha! It looks like an awesome course and heck its basically free courtesy of you and Rich with those big hearts. People don’t quite grasp what it’s like to not only not have mobility but to be in regions where coming by advanced medical equipment is nearly impossible. It’s great to see a organization like this making such a difference!

Kimberly- Thank you SO much for your kind words. It means a lot. We were so very impressed with what they were doing and after giving money to purchase one wheelchair, I knew that I had to raise more money for them. It makes such a difference in these people’s lives. Thanks for you support!

Hi April! Thanks for stopping by! This is a project I’ve been excited about since the summer, and I hope that others will support us in this endeavor!

Thanks Sean! We’ve had our lives so enriched already from being a part of the entrepreneurial community, and we want to put our skills to use by helping some people outside the industry since we’re so focused every day on providing value to people IN the internet network marketing industry. : )
