Looking at video cam, mobiles, and ski poles. Good times, I have one just shooting and getting stuck in powder for about 30 minutes after I feel from dodging a tree. Good stuff.

Nice RIchard! I was fortunate to avoid the tree and go face first into a huge snowbank. Lost both skis and poles….biggest crash I’ve had in about 10 years. Took me about 30 min. to recover though. Mainly because I had to wait for my little bro to stop laughing at me! I guess i’m not nearly as talented as I thought I was! LOL

No more videos while skiing…I’ve learned my lesson!

Ouch! Thanks for sharing your painful experience. Glad that you were ok! Multitasking sometimes does more harm than intently focusing on one thing at a time.

The big question is….DID YOU FIND THE VIDEO CAM IN THE SNOW?! Glad that you were not seriously injured!

Ouch! That’s not fun! I’m glad you’re okay!

(By the way, you totally got me. I thought you were going to say you forgot to set a limit on your PPC ads or something like that. =)

You are so right Christina! I’ve learned my lesson :)

Kim, luckily I had it around my wrist, so I found it- it was just totally covered in snow! That’s a testament to the durability of the Flip Cam.

I’m glad I wasn’t seriously injured….although several weeks later my shoulder still hurts :( Oh well, I’m a tough cookie- will be heading back to the slopes shortly (only this time, without the video cam). LOL

Thanks Stacia! Oh, I wish it was a monetary mistake- that wipeout hurt! :( Almost fully recovered though!

  9. Joe Naya Says:

Really glad you are in one piece, my closes painful experience was learning to ice-skate and couldn’t sit for the next three days.

@Natasha Nassar, I never thought that multitasking would end up that way. That is such a sad thing. All I can say is that experience is something that we should really learn in to.
